Privacy Notice for Music PR Tools
This notice describes the current Music PR Tools website at musicprtools.com. It covers this site’s forms and implementation, not the separate policies of products linked from the directory. Updated September 23, 2026.
Who operates this site
The site is operated by the team behind Virtual Publicist. Privacy questions and requests currently use the operating team’s support route (sign-in required). Identify the request as relating to Music PR Tools. See Contact for what to include.
Information you choose to submit

The template editors do not submit their contents to our server. Copies and downloads are controlled by your browser. Do not put confidential material into the public tool-suggestion form.
Downloads and optional marketing
The press-release form offers a download on the page, not automatic email delivery. Its optional checkbox describes music promotion tips and Virtual Publicist updates. Leaving that box unchecked does not prevent access to the template. The other three template pages provide direct copy and download without an email form.
A success message confirms a saved request only when storage acknowledges it. Email addresses are not verified by this form, and a request alone does not prove ownership of an address. This implementation does not include an automated marketing-email sender.
Hosting, storage and technical information
The site uses Lovable hosting and a Supabase-backed database for configured form storage. Hosting and delivery services may process IP addresses, request details and security information to serve and protect the site. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts; those requests go to Google’s services.
The form handlers use a keyed hash of the network address and a time window for rate limiting. This is pseudonymous abuse-control information, not a public visitor profile. The application does not intentionally write form bodies or email addresses into its own error logs.
External links and referral labels
Product links take you to other websites with their own terms and privacy practices. Links marked for Virtual Publicist may include this site’s name, campaign label and referring page path. Those labels do not contain the email you enter into a template form.
This publication’s source code does not add advertising retargeting pixels. Hosting-layer cookies or technical measurement may be handled by the service providers separately. Do not assume that a linked product uses the same practices as this site.
Access, retention and requests
Stored resource requests and suggestions are intended for the operating team, not public display. The application restricts its lead dashboard to the configured owner account. No automatic deletion schedule for submitted leads or suggestions is currently configured; records remain until the operator removes them. Rate-limit records include expiry information, which is not a promise that all stored records are automatically erased at expiry.
Use the privacy contact route to request access, correction, removal or a change to a marketing preference. The team may ask for appropriate verification. Applicable rights and obligations depend on the circumstances and jurisdiction; this notice does not limit them.
